Limits Tab
The Limits tab inside the Transposition dialog allows you to limit transposition by applying it over a range of measures or by focusing it on a single part or contrapuntal voice.
How it works …

Open the Transposition dialog. Select the Transposition button located in both the Note Editor and Playback toolbars. The

combination on your keyboard also opens the dialog as well as from the menu selection.2
What do you want transposed ? Choose to transpose by "Clef", by "Key" or simply by "Pitch" and make the desired settings.3
Choose the Limits tab to limit the range and/or parts that you want to be applied during transposition.4
Push OK to transpose.Examples …
1. Limit transposition to a single part
2. Limit transposition to a range of measures
3. Limit pitch transposition to a single voice only
4. Limit transposition to a selected range
